Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- Any return must be be logged within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- A specific reason for the return must be provided.
- A copy of your ID and a bank confirmation letter must be submitted to process your refund.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our shop, your refund will be processed within 4–7 working days, provided all return requirements have been met.
Please note:
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved by our team.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not qualify for a refund.
